Distributor Applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Exclusive LGA/State territory rights arise only upon execution of a distribution agreement and fulfilment of minimum volume commitments. We may accept or decline applications at our discretion.

Third-Party Retailers
Purchases made on Jumia, Konga, Chowdeck and similar platforms are contracts between you and that platform, governed by their terms. OKF and/or Infinity Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. is/are not a party/parties to those transactions.

Limitation of Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from site use or inability to use the site.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with disputes subject to the courts of Lagos State.
